The original copy of the list above is assumed to be written by North Korea as it specifies ‘date of arrest’ in it. It was acquired by CIA on October 15, 1950 and translated into English including names(in parallel with Chinese Characters), address, occupation and date of arrest of 696 South Korean civilians. It is not for the victims of murder but for the abductees, from the comment “whose fate was unknown as of 15 October 1950.” produced by North Korea probably. 

51 persons on the list were identified as fathers of our KWAFU members.
