The main points of South Korean Foreign Minister Lim Byeong Jik’s statement to the puppet army demanding the immediate release of all of the detainees are as follows: The North Korean Communist Puppet Clique’s beastly detaining of men and women of all ages is not only treasonous treatment against the Republic of Korea but a crime against civilization. Those who commit such offenses will be punished according to their offenses. The Republic of Korea demands that the North Korean Communist Puppet Clique immediately release those people now being detained. As to the sins they have already committed, they shall suffer the same punishment. As their defeat draws near, their grievous offenses become all the more gravely impermissible.
