Agreement on Repatriating Foreign Civilians According to Their Wishes

[Munsan- Mar.7-AP] The Communist forces agreed on the 8th to the UN forces¡¯ revised proposal on exchanging foreign civilians. According to the revised provisions, foreign civilians will be repatriated according to their wishes. The UN forces are detaining just one 23-year-old woman from the Soviet Union and her two daughters, while the Communist side is detaining 48 foreign civilians.
