Agreement on Repatriating Foreign Civilians According to Their Wishes

[Munsan- Mar.7-AP] The Communist forces agreed on the 8th to the UN forces’ revised proposal on exchanging foreign civilians. According to the revised provisions, foreign civilians will be repatriated according to their wishes. The UN forces are detaining just one 23-year-old woman from the Soviet Union and her two daughters, while the Communist side is detaining 48 foreign civilians.
